Trying to loose weight while having medical complications has got to be one of the harest thing ever. Here I am starting to feel better, slightly more energy and I had even managed to loose 3 lbs in the first week. Amazing right!?!
Next thing I know, I’m just cleaning out my car… I feel a sharp pain… Now i can barely walk. My husband had to help me in the house. I had to spend the rest of the night laying down taking some muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory meds to get back on some kind of track just to insure I can make it to work the next day.
So here I am, the next day, stuck on the couch when I honestly had a lot of plans for things to do. Its the official first day of the weight loss challenge I got involved with as a kick start to trying to live a healthier life.
Honestly I feel like I’ve started a liquid diet and would give a few fingers for a meal at arby’s. I know its just the first day and I’ve got time to keep on track. But to be hit so hard when I was just starting to feel better kinda sucks. And this is how a 30 minute work out on a treadmil and stationary Bike at the gym is a HUGE deal for me.
On the plus side there are 59 other people in the challenge cheering each other on. So much support it’s easier to keep going.
